Somdee is more than a name—it’s a tribute to my father. As his daughter and a proud woman-owned, local business owner, I chose his name to honor our family's legacy with love and purpose.
We began as a small food truck with a big dream : to share the warmth of Thai hospitality and the richness of authentic flavors with our community. Over time, that dream has grown beyond what we ever imagined, and today, with deep gratitude and excitement, we welcome you to Somdee Royal at Larimer Square. Right in the heart of downtown Denver.
